As you know, the trustee has the power to use other professionals in the administration of the trust. We respect the relationships you have developed with your clients and will respect your position as the investment manager of the trust funds.

Trust Defense

We believe you should remain the investment manager on accounts where you have been serving. However, your services may be discontinued by the new trustee upon the death of the trustor. If the successor trustee is a bank, your services will surely be discontinued and if it is a family member, your services may be replaced with the services of a lesser-qualified friend. We are different.  We will respect the relationship you have with your client and keep you as the investment manager of the trust assets.

Trust Offense

We want to help you bring in new investment accounts held in trust.  You may have current clients that have additional investments managed by someone else because they are in trust. Also, you may meet prospective clients with investments held in trust.

These investment accounts can be managed by you – even if they are held in irrevocable trusts. The trustee can almost always be changed, even if the trust is irrevocable.
