Currently, Providence First Trust Company and Providence First Capital, LLC, are listed for their involvement in the Biltmore luxury condominium and townhome development called The Golf Cottages at the Biltmore, and Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore, a development planned to include  approximately 100 luxury residences priced from $750,000 to $2,500,000 each.
